Great News for Paddlers for Life, Manchester.

Ann's hard work and persistence have paid off! Following a promising meeting with Manchester City Council's Active Lifestyle Department Ann has been informed that Debdale Park, which specialises in Outdoor Activities, are able to offer facilities and be a home for Paddlers for Life Manchester. They can accommodate a full size dragon boat.	Ann meets with the Council on the 11th January at Debdale Park followed by a meeting for members on Saturday, 14th January at St Pauls Church, Monton starting at 10.00am. Debdale Park already has an Outdoor Activities Centre which includes water activities such as sailboards and kayaking. It is well placed near the M60 ring road so has good access.

New members who are breast cancer survivors, other cancer survivors, family members, friends
or other supporters are encouraged to join the group and paddle with them.

Come and enjoy this wonderful sporting activity.
You will find a friendly and supportive group who may have shared your cancer experiences.
You will see that life can continue to be exciting even with a cancer diagnosis.
